We faced several challenges during our stay. The outdoor pool water was freezing, making it unpleasant to swim. our room's air conditioning blew cold air directly at the bed, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The staff's attentiveness was lacking, as we continuously had to follow up for fresh towels and robes.

i had a fantastic stay, enjoying my evenings walking along the quaint streets of alvor, and the stunning praia do alemao is just a short trip away at almost 2 km, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and exploration.

the hotel was charming, but waking up to a dirty bathrobe with hair was less than ideal, absolutely delightful. i assumed premium service would grant a spa appointment, yet they never bothered to contact me. incredibly rude. breakfast was lacking, two options per day? how quaint. almost left a glowing review, but just couldn't.

Consider reserving your spa appointments early, especially during peak season, as availability can quickly diminish.

i had an amazin time at longevity health & wellness hotel! the staff were super friendly and the spa was so chill, really loved the classes they offered. breakfast was da best part, so many healthy options to choose from! my room was comfy and had a nice balcony which was perfect for relaxin. the decor was also really nice and fresh.
